1 is L shaped, the other is a rectangle. the two compartments fit together to form a rectangle. the centerline of the ship divides the smaller compartment down its middle, as well as cuts through the L shaped compartment. for example on deck 1, living space, the forward most frame is 50th, so the compartment numbers would be " 1-50-0-L" , but can you have two compartments be the same number? or is it a trick question and no ship would be built like that?

There has been talk of letting the space shuttle go to the private sector so that it could fly commercial missions and conduct more research in the biomedical fields. This dedicated research could lead to great leaps in medical technology from better monitoring equipment to more effective drugs. Right now the shuttles sole mission is to construct the ISS with no research opportunities. Also, if put into the private sector, safety modifications could be made significantly faster since it would not get caught up in the political process.

What are your thoughts on this? Please provide rationale for your answers.

What voltage do railway signal lamps operate on in Australia?

A rail-working friend of mine gave me a lamp that had been replaced with a newer one - but still works. We have (for non-Aussies) a 240 Volt mains power supply (16 Amp I think) but was wondering if that'd be too much power to hook up to these?

Would a 12V battery work?

Does anyone know?

ANY help appreciated!
