in an episode of cosmos by carl sagan , he states that all life is made up of 'bitts' i.e. a 'bitt' representing the answer to a yes or no question -similar to the game twenty questions. an example of this would be for a dog 'does it have fur' -yes (1 bitt) 'does it have four legs' -yes (2 bitts) this means that all life and creation is the result of a genetic pattern of yes and no answers which , when put together , create a gam of not 20 but millions of questions.

however all questions and answers have an equall opposing answer that just cancels it out and some questions even cancel themselves out for. therfore if all question cancel themselves out in some form how do we exist ? are we nothing?

can a black hole suck in something larger than itself & what happens to an object after it gets sucked in to one- is it completely obliterated,sucked into void,transported?Can a black hole be so large it can take in a whole solar system or even something bigger?will our sun collapse anytime soon?can a blackhole suck in another blackhole? soooooo many questions,so little time.

it is obvious that there is an outer space however if it is eventually proven that there i inner space (i.e. the space between atoms)could that mean it is possible that we do not exist in outer space but instead on an atomic scale betwixt something far larger- on an impossible scale?

There are 3 heavens as taught in the Bible:

1-Heaven-->where the birds fly.

2-Heaven-->space and galaxies

3-Heaven-->God's home in the spirit world, which cannot be explained by old or modern science.

What is heaven to you?

What exactly is centrifugal force?

Is there an equation for this type of force?

Where do we find centrifugal force on Earth and where do we find it in space?

Will the safety of the astronauts be compromised if they try and reenter the earths atmosphere without replacing the damaged tiles? In East Texas, weve already had one blow up on reentry, I am very concerned about this.

We know there is on the order of 10^21 stars in our universe. Many people say "since there are so many stars, it's naive to say that Earth is the only 'special' one". For starters, it is true that we know very little on this matter. How can people assume that there MUST be life elsewhere when we don't know the parameters for having life in the first place. Given that there are so many stars, it's very viable to say that most of those 10^21 stars can't house life at all. We don't know what major influences have to come into play. Given that we know so little of either path, why do people base their beliefs when neither side--pro or anti--has any idea what pieces all have to amalgamate to create life, or for that matter, intelligent life?

We know that if we travel faster, we go slowly in time and there is no motivation to come back. So, this is a motivation for building very large spaceships where an entire community can travel. Your community travel with you, so the "coming back" does not even make sense. Maybe what I am going to suggest here is not a new hypothesis, but it just came to me. What if some of the large asteroids orbiting some planets in our solar system was in fact a disguised spaceship hiding an entire community of aliens? Ok Ok, I know, it's time that I quit Y!A.

visit us on earth, when they arrive would their technology be more advance or less advance?

The key assumption here is that everything, their galaxy formation, their sun formation, ... technology, etc. evolved in the same way for them as for us.

You need to consider the effect of relativity. Everything is exactly the same at each location, but, once they get into the ship and accelerate, they have a different time.

Also, since it happens in the future, the fact that we do not have the technology now is irrelevant.

Also, if every thing is *exactly* the same, two spaceships will meet in the middle, but still you must consider the situation when they arrive on earth.

so... it's commonly accepted that NOTHING is faster than the speed of light (aside from theoretical stuff such as tachyons and spaceships). well what about the force of gravity?

if the sun all of a sudden just disappears, would earth be orbiting nothing until the force of gravity ends and it'd just fly tangent?

oh and also... just wondering. if luke skywalker fires a laser from his blaster on his MOVING speeder, would the laser (obviously flying at the speed of light) go any faster?? because from the added speed of the speeder?
