Hypno-therapy is only slightly less of a load than alien abductions are.

Hypnotherapy, under certain conditions, if administered by a specialist can help retrieve lost memories. If someone really believed that were kidnapped by aliens from an UFO, that is what they would say under hypnosis even if it weren't true. This is what they thought they saw, not what exactly happened.

Well, since UFO abductions are actually caused by hypnogogic hallucination during sleep paralysis, I would say no.
It could help you remember some of your halucination, but mostly I would say hypnotherapy would help you create a deeper fantasy about the alien abduction scenerio and embellish the already existing false memories.

It sure can , Oliver ! In fact , hypnotherapy can retrieve "memories" than never even existed , as has been well documented .
If you tell your Hypnotherapist you think you were abducted by Aliens 40 years ago .............. he`ll "put you under" and make SURE you recall those "memories" ............ whether they actually happened or not !

Once a UFO is finished with a specimen they erase all knowledge of the encounter so we can't do it to them and they go on their merry way.
Besides the indignity is such that the specimens erase their own memory of all the things that were done to them.
And the ones that do remember, lie because people might talk about them ,so there!

If you know that they are aliens, then trey didn't come in a UFO. It must have been identified as an alien spaceship.
