Worm holes haven't been discovered, but some of Einsteins field equations suggest that they could.

A worm hole would a kind of a short cut between points in space. You can get an idea of such a thing by putting two dots about six inches apart on a piece of paper. Now fold the paper so that the two dots are directly opposite each other. Notice that the distance between them has decreased considerably. If worm holes exist, the piece of paper would represent space.

They may exist, but there currently is no scientific evidence, observation, or confirmed theory that states they exist.
There are as many ideas of what these "wormholes" are as there are theoretical scientists.

It's shear speculation.
And useless.
Even if they did exist,
and we could find one,
Any matter passing through
it would ripped apart.
There would be no way to
locate the "other side'.
