Right now there are no concrete plans to return sample rocks from Mars. It is estimated that a sample return mission would cost at least $1.5 billion. However, we do have rocks from Mars in the form of meteorites that have been knocked of the Martian surface by collisions with asteroids.

There's a sample return mission in the future ideas stage, but nothing budgeted or in the serious design stage, yet.

They have been collected in Antartica for years.
