I am curious what YOU think. Can it be done now? If not, when do you think it might be able to be done? I know large, planetary scale, terraforming might take a long time, but what about creating city sized enclosures and terraforming in there? What other planets and moons are realistic for terraforming? I was thinking like Mars, possibly the poles of Mercury, Ganymede, Triton. I am just very curious what others think about this topic.

Bill graduated from USC in 1949 with a degree in English (Science was not offered). He was employed with Rocketdyne from 1957-1963 as a file clerk (he never worked for NASA). After, he made his living as a self published writer. He wrote books on cooking and travel, and conspiracies. These include We never went to the moon, Neither did the Russians, We went and met aliens, We went and met Nazi's, NASA murdered the Apollo 1 crew, NASA murdered the Challenger crew, a variety of Howard Hughes stories, and a bizarre retelling of the Apollo 13 story. In 1981 he self published a book called "We Never Went to the Moon", based on the 1978 movie, Capricorn One. His book was quickly forgotten. Kasing tried to sue their publisher, claiming they changed their copyright date and stolen his idea. The case was thrown out of court. In 2001, Fox TV aired a special rehashing his long debunked potboiler. The theory caught on with a whole new generation who had no memory of the Moon Landings.

I am not sure how i would set this up to figure it out. Would I use the frequency of red-light and caluclate it with 3x10^8 m/s for visible light? But how would I factor in the 0.001 mm, I would compare...? Thanks...

This is the last question that I'm going to ask on Telescopes as I'm getting fed up.I am not eniterly convinced that the Meade ETX90 is a powerful telescope,it just seems really small and plus the images that they show on the Meade website are not entirely covincing either. The images of some planets are very blurry, and I'd want it to be detailed enough to see bands on the Planets surface. Also the Telescope appears to very small.I can accept the fact that I'm probably not going to have a RCX400,seing as the starting price for that is $5,000!,but sometime in the future when I have a job of my own,I'll buy one.The only better Schmidt Cassegrain I found was the 8"LX90GPS Meade and that costs $1,999,take that $1,999 and convert it into £s and you get £983.42 .This is under £1,000,What I want to know is,is an 8" LX90GPS good enough to see Galaxys and Planets in some detail, without beong blurry?

Like you launch a small nucluear charge out of the stern of the ship and it detonates, and the enormous force propels the ship forward even faster? Then you had thrusters to keep it on course, but the bombs would provide the motive power! Would it work? Would it be faster than conventional rockets? If I built one of these ships, would YOU ride in it?
