If by 'the World' you mean the Earth, then probably in about 4-5 billion years, when the Sun expands far enough to engulf the Earth.

Assuming we don't get smashed by some large interplanetary object first.

The planet itself will be destroyed in about 5 billion years as the sun, having used up most of its hydrogen, expands into a red giant, engulfing the earth and vaporizing it. Humans will be long extinct by then and what kind of life may exist on the planet at that time is hard to say.
