It is fantastic to have just think of one of you favourite films and you want to watch but then one of the films you wanted to watch is also on at the same time on sky+ you can record one of your films and while you are watching your film you are recording the other film at the same time.
Or if you were going out and you wouldn't get back and it's not on until late all you need to do is go on TV guide and look it up press the recording button and when you are out the film you are wanting to watch is playing and all you need to do is look it up and you can watch it right from the beginning you can also pause and fast forward and rewind it is really handy trust me
well I hoped I helped I am telling you you are going to really like it trust me the money you used to pay for it is really worth it
well good luck and you can put your feet up and enjoy your movie

It's fantastic! I've had it about 18 months now and honestly don't know how I managed without it. I can record 2 programmes at once and watch one I have recorded at the same time. I never miss any of my favourite programmes - in fact I could do with days longer than 24 hours to fit everything in! lol:)-

I am a gadget geek, and I have to say that Sky+ is the best piece of electronics I have owned. It does just about anything you'd want.

It's quite a handy thing to have when you get used to it.
Pausing live TV is the best thing - When the phone rings etc

I notice this question is in astronomy and space. When you see it is called "sky plus" you're not supposed to take that literally :-)
