That is out of the domain of science. If laws of science do not apply as in heaven, then our discipline is not applicable.

As an English word "heaven" has two meanings. The first is a synonym for "sky." So, the heavens are the skies - as in "The rain fell from the heavens."
The other English meaning of heaven is as a synonym for God. The concept of "going to heaven" is of going to be with God. Since God is not material, but spiritual, there is no "where" to heaven. Heaven is everywhere and no where, all at once.

The idea of "Heaven" or "The Heavens" as being somewhere above the sky comes from ancient texts, including the Bible, that were written in a time in which the structure of the universe was not well understood to most people.
Many people in earlier days thought of the world as being structured in three layers like a layer cake, with the underworld, or "Hades" on the bottom, our world, "the land of the living" in the middle, and "the heavens" on top.
Modern astronomical knowledge makes it clear that heaven and hell have no physical locations. They are metaphorical concepts about which there are wide ranges of beliefs.
Some people nowadays use relativistic concepts of multiple dimensions and imagine heaven and hell to be in other dimensions. Others use psychological images: heaven and hell are within our own minds.
But actually, nobody can guess, or even know that these things exist.

first of all, one needs to know that universe is 'around' the sky not 'above' it.
Secondly, Heaven is a mythological concept, where there are 3 levels- heaven, earth and hell. Science only accepts things that have some sort of proof. As there is no proof that heaven exists, scientifically, it doesn't. Universe is all arond us-we have proof of it and can see it around us everyday. Therefore, universe is taken to exist, scientifically.
Both of these are therefore on a different plane-one on a scientific one, one on a mythological one. It's like the difference between 'world' and 'earth'-you wouldn't catch a scientist saying 'That asteroidwill crash into the world someday'.

We see the sky above as a blue vault .we also see the stars , the sun and the moon above our head and we the sun and he moon moving also.th epeople inthe olden days thought that the sky above is some structure like a vault and that the stars ae fixed on it and the sun and the moon are moving on the sky as if the sky is ther path way.
This is why Moses in his forst book wrore that God said that let there be a vault and a blue sky appeared . When we come to kow of the character of he sky, we are inclined to think that god himself was ignorant of what the sky actually is .The fact is that god is / ws nbot ignorant .it was Moses who was ignorant of the nature of the sky above and he attributeds his ignorance to god as god has said it .It can be safely assum=ed that what Moses said was a lie and a figment of his own imagination.
The fact is that there is nothing as a sky. or any structiure of blue colour tob ecalled a vault .the blue colour is the dispersal of he light of the sun in teh atmospher of he earth and beyond the layer of he air / atmospher ethe ris no blue colur even and it is void and darkness.
It is also to be understood that what we think to be overhead is not overhead . We hae such a feeling because the grvity is holding us down to the surfaceof the earth and so the direction agaist gravity appears to be above us .When we see the sky abobe our head , pour antipodes , people living oin the side of he earth exactly opposite to ours see the saky abobe their head .For one who could look at the globe of the earth and see the people and structures on the Globe on the
one side will be upright and th eorher will be topsy turvy.people one side would appear to be standing upside down on one side of he earth and seem to be walking like a bat hanging on the roof .the earth would appear at he top and he sky would appear to be at the bottom .That s the case with the side also .so the is actually no up or down this side or that side to the earth in realtion to the space it is in. the directions come in only with reference to the position of he earth with reference to some other object in the space ,at the particular moment of reference. The earth is just a tiny speck in the galaxy which conains millions of stars evenbigger than the sun and millions of planets and other celstial bodies. We ar no tsur eif lives similar to ours are present in any other planet tha migh have a climate conducive to lives anywhre near our solar system .Tha eing so there is no possiblity of any heavn being located anywhre in the sky . people who do not know even the nature of the atmosphere of air around the earth have talked about heaven .you need n special proof of the caliber of the wonderful knowledge of such persons .
The is no heaven or hell anywhere .people who lied about them did not have even an inkling of the idea that one day man wopuld be going into spaace and do research there and would be able to know the nature of the thing called as sky.
Unfortuantely we have even today people who believe in heaven and hell.such is he power of brainwahing for thousands of years .

Actually, the sky and the Earth are all part of the universe, and a very tiny part at that. "Heaven" is not a scientific concept, so science cannot tell you where it is located.

Don't look to Heaven in outer space, look to Heaven in inner space. Just as the outer space extends out without limits, so does the inner space; it extends in you without limits. If you want to see Heaven, then look exactly inside you; you will find Heaven exactly inside your own heart; inside your own self! Is that too hard to find? The deeper you look inside, the higher the Heaven you shall find!

in my views and what my culture and strories i hav heared here says that both the heaven and the hell exists on the same earth .........it depends upon a perssons deeds what he does in his life ......
if he is doing wrong deeds then the god will punish him and for his life he will regret in the hell
if he is a good man, never does anything wrong or something that make others unhappy or harms them , then he will enjoy the heaven on this earth
