Well if there were such cameras, nothing you would see is truly 'live'.

It takes minutes to hours for radio signals to reach Earth from a distant spacecraft, anything you see maybe hours old at most.

So even if the spacecraft got destroyed, you wouldn't know until hours later!

Well, even though everyone says there isn't live pictures due to the "time delay of singles reaching the earth" that doesn't mean that it is impossible to host a site that will display what they see.

You means telescopes that are always pointing at the different planets and making their pictures available on the Internet?

I don't think so - mostly because it would be a pointing/coordination nightmare.
