You, me and every other thing on this earth, at times. the earth's orbit is approx 92.5 to 94 million miles, in its elliptical path. therefore, within whatever level of accuracy you wish to use, 93 million miles from the sun is your home, where you shop, go to school/work, and pose questions like this one.

The next star (the sun is a star) is approximately 4 light years away. So, there aren't any stars 93 million miles from the sun. We know that for sure. There may be extremely small planets or asteroids.

That is the Average distance form the sun to the moon. It is also known as 1 AU (Astronomical Unit).
Earth orbit is slightly oval in shape, so as the earth moves along its orbit it gets closer to sun in December and further away from the sun in June. (Exactly the opposite of what those of us who live in the Northern Hemisphere would tend to think.) So as it travels along its orbit its Average distance is 93,000,000 miles

Space. Usually space. And the occasional sprinkling of dust, an infrequent asteroid, a regular comet.

And in one direction, the Earth. Twice a month, the moon. And artificial satellites!
