Well, i know boars are pretty small, and i was wondering if a boar can kill a human? i really doubt it, but can they severely injure me?

i'm going camping and some of the wildlife there is: boars, deers, raccoons, foxes, and bobcats. i'm more afraid of the little bobcats than i am the boars. i know for a fact that foxes aren't dangers but a boars? what's that like a piglets with small horns?

I would like a professional opinion not some dumb kid saying, "yya boars are dangers they are wild"

Hi,
I am a Civil Engineer and I am selected for a QM Engineering job. I am 45. I take a 'Ciplar-LA' 40mg for BP. And some time I need to take Ibuprofen Teblet 400mg.
Will I pass urine and blood tests?
Do i need to tell them?
If I stop taking BP tablet, How many hours beforer I should stop.
Any better idea to pass medical tests?

Make a radio receiver **without using a power supply**. This can be done using an antenna coil, a tuning capacitor, a germanium diode that provides a low cut in voltage, and a high impedance headphone that won't load the circuit much. You can test your design with a high impedance headphone or an external amplifier with a high input impedance. If you wind your own antenna coil, you get additional credit. Your radio should be able to receive at least one station clearly.

also, try not to give any links, and don't use any big terminology a 13 year old wouldn't understand.

All i know is that earth is a chunk of blown up something else.

also, can you answer a few questions?
1. If the big bang, was in fact an explosion, how did earth come to be around 80% water?
2. If the original thing that earth was from was a star, aren't stars balls of gas, therefore, earth can't be...well, earth?
3. Of course everything on earth that is existing now wasn't existant before....so is evolution really that complicated and advanced?

I'M SHOUTING THIS LOUD AND REALLY CLEAR, JUST SO THERE IS NO MIS-UNDERSTANDING OR MISTAKING MY MESSAGE....

Okay, here I go... Will all you teachers who manage to read this, please pass this message on to your students.

1) There are no such things as alien beings walking amongst us.

2) There are no extra-terrestrial spaceships on the moon.

3) Our radio signals cannot be detected and demodulated by alien (message me and I'll give you the technical reasons as to why not) beings.

4) For the sake of common sense, educate your students, and give them some sort of education that will give them the skills they will need for their future benefit, and that of mankind.
5) Tell these things to your students every day, so that they won't come into the science and history answer forum and ask questions as if they were three-year-olds.
Remember. Students are only as wise and as educated as YOU make these people... Get a grip, you're being paid.

We know that
A glass filled up to half it's height = A half full glass ---(1)

We also know that
A glass filled up to half it's height = A half empty glass ---(2)

Comparing equations (1) and (2), since the Left hand side of both equations are same, so we can say that right hand sides of both equations will be same, i.e.

A half full glass = A half empty glass ---(3)

Multiplying equation (3) by 2 on both sides, we have
2 x half full glass = 2 x half empty glass ---(4)

Alternatively equation (4) can be written as
A full glass = A Empty glass

I found this rock in 1984 in the western suburbs of Chicago. At the time I thought it was a fossilized egg, but I'm quite sure it isn't. It's consistently round and smooth all the way around; no bumps or dips -- just a few tiny knicks no bigger than what is pictured.
It looks similar to limestone, but I haven't been able to find another example of limestone that is as nicely rounded and with such fine grain texture. Can you offer any input on what you think it is, or perhaps some good resources to help me identify it. I've tried multiple search terms on Google and wasn't able to find much.

I heard rumors from a friend that the Earth's magnetic field will cause us problems, when the planet tilts on it's axis.
what else is possible? or would it be a combination of man and the universe? I'm a skeptic, and would rather look at the scientific explanation than the subjective one.
Would the planets core feel the pressure from an outside source? if so, how could other types of energy reach us, to actually cause the end of mankind.
I don't know...that is why I am here to ask you.

I have found hundreds of these rocks and all my life I've heard them called "Lucky Rocks" but can anyone tell me what they are actually called or even how they are made...I'd really appreciate any help you can give me.
