I totally disagree to the scientific claim that "homosexuality" is genetically inherited.
I have a very strong natural belief that homosexuality is a choice not heriditary.

NOTE: Light waves are electromagnetic waves, NOT mechanical waves; however, the principles of energy and intensity for electromagnetic waves and mechanical waves are exactly the same. The following problem illustrates this idea. The problem could just as well have been a problem of sound with a given intensity falling upon your eardrum for a specified amount of time. GBA

Light of intensity 3 W/m2 passes through the pupil of one of your eyes and eventually falls on your retina. The radius of the pupil is controlled by the iris. In a human eye, the radius of the pupil can vary from about 1.0 mm to about 3.5 mm. The area of the opening can be calculated from pi (3.1416) times the radius squared. If your pupil is open to a radius of 3.5 mm, how much light energy passes through in one minute? Give your answer in mJ.

3) An ammeter uses a galvanometer and a shunt resistance of .20 W. The galvanometer has an internal resistance of 100 W. If 2.0A pass through the ammeter how much current enters the galvanometer?

4) A galvanometer has an internal resistance of 20 W and a full scale deflection 0.50 mA. If it has a 2.0 m W shunt resistor to make it an ammeter what is the full scale current? Draw the circuit.

So i know that object #1 hits a wall at 42.16 m/s. Now, what other information do I need to know to find out the frequency of object #1 due to the vibrations of the collision with the wall?

And with that information, how do I find the frequency?

ever since we have moved into my house weird things have happened but the past 2 nights have gotten me and my sister scared to try and sleep. my sister is 17 and last night she woke up because it felt like something was rubbing her head and then pulled her hair when she woke up there was a guy standing next to her bed with his face in hers and she was so scared she didnt waste a second in her room she ran out screamin. she said his intire face from which she saw was all red and it looked as if his eyes were bleeding. she also saw black spots which looked as if he had been caught on fire before. i experienced something of the sort the night before she saw this. we have always seen black shadows walking around as if they were going into certain room and sometimes doors open and then slam shut when no one else around. i get eary feelings when im in my basement like someone is behind me so i refuse to go down alone anymore. is there anything i can do to make this stuff go away?

I have read too many sources on ligers, which say that they are very easygoing and gentle. But they never explain why. A youtube.com video shows a man who demonstrates the gentleness of liger by slapping liger on the face, but the liger doesn't respond. The creature looks very terrifying and vicious, then how come it has no ability to get angry or attack?

See these two articles:

Purportedly, Earth's gravity would have had to have been 1/3 weaker than it is today for Dinosaur's to exist, apparent from some simple math applied to proportional muscle masses and strengths.

At the time the Dinosaurs existed, Earth's magnetic field was exactly 3 times stronger than it is today.

Gravity follows many of the same laws as magnetism at close distances.

I was just wondering if Gravity was really so mysterious, some result of invisible and undetectable forces or if it might just be the circulation of some particular particle, maybe we will soon be able to manipulate it like we do magnetism.

Hello, I am doing much research on the Ouija, as I definately have much reason to, after a sequence of true events + an actual haunting that took place many yrs. ago.
Anyway, I've read dozens of other's experiences w/the board--those who've had bizarre accounts,ect.
Some peoples hands went "cold and numb", other's said the felt a spirits "hands run down their arms and fingers" while they operating the planchette.
Two ppl [completely] DIFFERENT experiences, at night when they slept, another person "witnessed their right arm raised up" [like reaching for something]
Personally I don't recommend that one ever touches the Ouija board--as "anything" just about can happen regarding paranormal activity. Not always, however why bother w/a dangerous chance?
Anyway, back to ORIGINAL question--have you experienced something regarding your hands getting extra tingly, or cold, or raised arm, or whatever that you've never been able to tell anyone because it was just plain strange or almost

Given the marginal utilities of two goods, how do you find the utility function?

I know if you were given the utility function, you can find the marginal utilities of both goods by partially differienating. However...how do you go backwards? I'm assuming we are dealing with intregals but...I'm still lost.

thanks!

Okay, so suppose something gets sucked into a black hole, it can't just disappear right? It must go somewhere, to a point in "nothing" like where it doesn't exist, yet it does, like perhaps another universe other than our own? Is that possible? How can something develop from absolutly nothing? I mean the Big Bang theory, how was it formed? Does the matter that gets sucked in black holes get stored away in "nothing" until it explodes and makes another dimension? Can dimensions collide with eachother? (If indeed other dimensions exist)

Do you believe that you exist in all worlds as you are now, as a different person or just existing in this one? I personally think that since there are different worlds and different possibilities, I could be anything now, such as dead, a killer, a child celebrity, a grown adult, etc. Do you think like this most of the time as I do?
