Simplex Method Math Question?

I just need someone to do a sample of simplex method, i already did it, but i am not sure if i did right.

maximize p= 10x + 12y
Sub with : x+2y<12
and 3x+2y<24

x+2y=12
and 3x+2y=24
on the same plane
Then shade the required closed area
For each corner(point) evaluate p
determine which value is the greatest.
