The first line is y=6221X-81132
the second is y=60000x-81132

if you cant find that then try this one:
first line is 850000=6221x-81132
second line is 850000=60000x-81132

I have to find the domain and range in this problem:

y = radical (4 - x^2)

Domain:
4 - x^2 greater than or equal to 0
-x^2 greater than or equal to -4
x^2 less than or equal to 4
x less than or equal to +/- 2

My answer key says the answer is [-2, 2]. Why don't we use this same "+/-" logic for the range? LOOK BELOW.

Range:
y^2 = 4 - x^2
y^2 - 4 = -x^2
x^2 = -y^2 + 4
x = radical -y^2 + 4

-y^2 + 4 greater than or equal to 0
-y^2 less than or equal to -4
y^2 less than or equal to 4
y less than or equal to +/- 2/

I was marked wrong on a test and this was the right answer:

The *right* answer for this is simply y is less than or equal to 2 (no +/- sign). AKA (- infinity, 2]

WHY IS IT NOT LIKE THE DOMAIN?

George Lucas pioneered the use of digital movie cameras with the most recent Star Wars film. Assume that Lucas's camera has a swappable 80 GB hard drive (remember: 1 GB = 1024 MB, 1 MB = 1024 KB, 1 KB = 1024 Bytes, and 1 Byte = 8 bits), that it records each pixel in x-bit color, that there are 26 frames recorded per second, and that each frame is recorded in 1600x1200 resolution.

1.Create a polynomial function that gives the number of minutes of video that can be recorded before swapping in a new hard drive, as a function of x (the number of bits used to encode the color of each pixel)

2.Evaluate this function for x = 32 (32-bit true color)

All I can get up to is....First, each frame would require x bits for each of the 1600*1200 = 1,920,000 pixels.
The number of bits required per second would therefore be
(x bits/pixel)(1,920,000 pixels/frame)(26 frames/second)
= 49,920,000x bits/second

any help would be appreciated, I have been racking my brain all night. THANKS!!!

I received my Donor Identification card from the Central Blood Bank the other day, in which I learned my blood type for the first time (it's stated on the card; it's B-). My parents have O+ and AB+ as blood types. How the heck do I have B-? And how come, if that was so, why didn't that blastofetalis thing occur from having different Rh factors being transferred through the placenta? Or is it just a mistake do you think? I took AP Biology, but I never really encountered this situation. Thoughts?

I was able to solve the first part of this problem pretty easily, but I have no idea how to approach part B. Can anyone assist with some guidance? (I'm not looking for an answer as I want to do that myself so I can learn the material). Thanks in advance.

Suppose that the resistance between the walls of a biological cell is 6.00 x 10^9 ohms.

A.) What is the current when the potential difference between the walls is 25 mV?

The answer to this 4.166x10^-12 Amperes.

B.) If the current is composed of Na+ ions (q = +e), how many such ions flow in 0.5 s?

I thought that maybe it had to do with the equation delta q= I(time), but I was apparently wrong.
