I am new to United States. I have a masters degree in Computer Aided Structural Engineering. I am planning to write EIT exam in october 2007. I have gone through NCEES website and found some sample exams and stuff.

I want to find some online resources focussing towards this exam and also any sample exams if they are on the internet. Also are there any recommended books for EIT exam?

If there are any discussion groups, I would be very happy to know. Any structural engineer specific job sites?

Basically anything would help. Any EIT completed candidate's experiences, do's and dont's would also be helpful.

Hello, I am trying to understand how public key encryption works -- I've looked through several websites, but I find them very confusing and if they do manage to provide an example I find myself quickly lost. Can someone explain simply how it works? I think the part I'm having the most trouble with is understanding how "trap door" function works? I really want to understand this so please explain it simply and using small numbers :)

My theory is that there was a change in the gravitational pull on earth , maybe caused by a collision or some other reason.
This would obviously effect the abilty of these massive beasts like the terrasaur a large ungainly creature being abe to fly, and also effect the size of the land dwelling creatures. If there was a change this would surely kill all the dinosaurs off, as this would cause them all to die of exhausion or lack of food , or not being able to physicaly fly or hunt for food.
I just cant imagine how these prehistoric beast could live in todays environment. Unless they had a low center of gravity like the crocodile.

I have never heared a mention of this on any TV programmes or books.

Can anyone tell me if there is a reason my theory could not be true
