The circumference is 20/11 m

The radius is
related to circumference as 2*pi*r=C
10/(11*pi)=r

T = 1/f = 1/11hz = .0909s
In one rotation:
dist = rate * time ------ circumference is 2piR
2piR = 20 m/s * .0909s
2piR = 1.818m/s/s
R = .289m

V=(2*pi*r)/T

find T first.

1s/11rel= .09s

20m/s= (2*pi*r) / .09
1.81m=2*pi*r
r= 1.81/(2*pi)
r=0.29m
