-f(3/2) = - abs(2*(3/2)+3) = - abs (3 + 3) = -6

x = 3/2 so... 2(3/2) + 3 = 3 + 3 = 6. Absolute value of 6 is 6. Since it is -f(3/2) then -6. Just sub in the 3/2 for where you see x and work your way through the problem.
