....some questions really worry me....

First of all, baby chicks (I'm assuming you mean baby chickens) are not "things" - they are living creatures.

Yes, chickens can and do live in Mexico. Anywhere they can find food, shelter, and water. But why do you ask? Are you shipping them there or something? What on earth is going on?

I linked to a good resource site on what to do if you've found some baby chicks. They are pretty delicate, so please read up if you're going to try to care for them.

I would assume that all of Mexico would be hospitable to " little baby chicks ". In Mexico they probable eat a lot of corn. Ground fine, when they are chicks.

Chickens can live pretty much any place where there are bugs and plants. Chicks by themselves might be very susceptible to predation without a mother around, though.

They eat whatever they can find...but it's best to start them out on grain, finely ground or crumbled, which you can buy from any feedmill....usually goes by the name "Chick starter"
