They can't get particles to move at light speed because, according to relativity, they would be infinitly massive.

i thought this was initially BS -- this is essentially what the scientists in the late 1800s and early 1900s were thinking until quantum mechanics and relativity were discovered. but do you think humans are done discovering absolutely new things about the universe? are we in the so-called "fine tuning" stage, where we will just build upon the basic discoveries already known? more and more i'm starting to think that we're done finding out new things and we're just going to perfect what we know.

string theory, m-theory and all that other stuff i consider to be just "perfecting" current theories. sure there are a lot of mathematical theorems to be proven as well, but those don't necessarily reveal any insight into the basic workings of the universe. sure, we have to figure out the brain, but that's not what i consider "basic". anyway...what do you think.

Here is the deal. I had my BP tested at our drug store in one of those arm dealy things. It came out 153 over 91.

I wake up alot with headaches that last all day. Could that be related to the high blood pressure?
ALso,, a doctor told me that they dont worry about blood pressure being high unless the bottom number is over 90. One point isnt that big of deal. Is it?

Well my jellies are surviving their second day with some phytoplanktons. They are about 3 cm long, yes they are minute. I don't think they eat live organism because they are not really sea jellies, and they do not have oral arms. They are very transparent and I see nothing in their bellies.

They just look aimless moving around, and they don't suck things into their bellies. I have a feeling they eat minute algae and phytoplankton, but I read jellies eat zooplankton. So can someone confirm what do they eat?

Thanks.
