The perimeter is the sum of the sides:
Side 1) sqrt(5) - sqrt(3)
Side 2) 4
Side 3) sqrt(5) + sqrt(3)

The sum is:
sqrt(5) - sqrt(3) + 4 + sqrt(5) + sqrt(3)

sqrt(3) cancels out, and you have sqrt(5) twice.

So the answer is:
2 * sqrt(5) + 4

If you want, you can factor out the common 2:
2 (sqrt(5) + 2)

Perimeter = (√5 - √3) + 4 + (√5 + √3)

= √5 - √3 + 4 + √5 + √3

= √5 + √5 + 4

= 2√5 + 4

Four possible answers:
√5 must be positive, but √3 may be positive or negative.
√5 - √3 + 4 + √5 + √3 = 4 + 2√5
√5 - √3 + 4 + √5 - √3 = 4 + 2√5 - 2√3
√5 + √3 + 4 + √5 + √3 = 4 + 2√5 + 2√3
√5 + √3 + 4 + √5 - √3 = 4 + 2√5 (redundant)
