Let y = ln(4x*cos(x))
= ln 4 + ln x + ln (cos x)
dy/dx = 1/x + -sinx/cosx
= 1/x - tan x

Chain rule:

1/(4x*cos(x))*d/dx[4x*cos(x)]

Product rule:

1/(4x*cos(x))*[cos(x)*4 - 4x*sin(x)]
