A car accelerates from a standstill to 60 km/hr in 10.0 seconds. What is its acceleration?

A train is accelerating at a rate of 2.0 km/hr/s. If its initial velocity is 20km/hr, what is its velocity after 30 seconds?

Equation: a= vf-vi/ t a=velocity
vf= final velocity
vi=initial velociy
t=time

You know the Big Bang?? Well, people say that ever since then, the universe has been spreading out from it's location ever since it's taken place. There is a theory that after the universe will get smaller again, and shrink back. I was thinking about this, and I came up with a theory of my own: after the universe is done shrinking, it will fold back into itself, and the Big Bang will happen again, only this time with different results. Like maybe Earth will still be here, but humans don't exist and the planet is ruled by giant, talking, sentient bugs, or something like that. Maybe we'll all exist, but the sun will blow up tomorrow. Kind of like the alternate dimension theory, only it's the same dimension, and it's all happenign on the same timeline. Sorry if I confused you, I just had to get this out.

One of the experiments I have to do is 'The Beer Lambert law' - Spectroscopy'. Where I have to measure the absorbance of standard solutions of Ferroin complex.
I would also like to know:
1) how can I calculate the concentration of iron from the absorbance?
2) Ater plotting a graph of absorbance vs. concentration (for the samples of known concentration), how can I then calculate the molar absorptivity of ferroin at 470nm?
3)How can I then use the graph to establish the total mass of iron in the the tablet toether with estimated errors?
4)What colour of light does 470nm correspond to and why was this wavelength chosen for this experiment?

[p.s. Sorry for asking so much questions - It's just that I cannot find any suitable answers and my lecturers won't help me!] Thanks to anyone that can help me out.
