Reactivity of the metals increases going down a group and from right to left of a period of the Periodic Table.

Mg and Ca belong to the same group (IIA), Mg is in the third period and Ca in the fourth. So Ca is more reactive than Mg.

Li and Na also belong to the same group, Li in the second period, Na in the third, so Na is more reactive than Li.

Mg and Na belong to the same period - the third. Na is a member of the IA group - alkalies - Mg belongs to the IIA group. So, Na is more reactive than Mg.
