Think about all of the exhibits out there that will need at least some modifications: schools, musuems, planetariums, publishing companies, the list goes on.

Most will probably put a big "X" over Pluto, but for others it may be more costly.

What do you think? Millions of dollars?

As the earth moves around the Sun, spining on it's axis as it goes, the front side of the earth (at that moment in time) would seem to be more likely to run into an asteroid. Is this correct? Is the probability less that an asteroid would "run up behind" the earth and hit from the "back side", at that moment in time? If true, wouldn't that mean that the highest probability of an asteroid impact would be during the hours of midnight to noon. Do you agree?

Can anyone solve this?

ATOM
+BOMB
----------
BINGO

Actually, I'm sure quite a lot of you will but just to give you a hand, I can tell you that A = 9 and G = 5.

Please also note that once a letter has been asigned a number, no other letter will have that number.

Sorry, but for some reason I can't get the words to line up. If you assume the word 'Atom' is moved one place to the right, I'm sure it will all make sense!

For Professors/Department Heads/Laboratory Managers etc. You guys think up research projects, apply for grants, and then employ research scientists and laboratory technicians. The research scientists collect the samples. The samples are then given to the laboratory technicians, who run assays, etc., turning samples into data, which they give to the research scientists. The research scientists then analyse the data and write the papers. So, a laboratory technician is a kind of alchemist, turning, for example, a blood sample into numbers representing, say, IGF1 content. The research scientists cannot plot blood on a graph, so without the laboratory technician no paper will be written or published. Publications improve your chances of getting further funding for further research projects. Therefore, I think my question deserves an answer.

It is inside a glass sphere with a glass tube that comes down outside the sphere and goes up to the center of the sphere. On the tip of the tubes top a cone sits on it with 4 arms that have one card on it. One side of the card is dark colored and the other side is white. When you but this thing in the sun it spins slowly. Why?

-My only guess is the heat from the sun is held on the dark side of the card and some how releases energy to move.

Since the Chinese and Mayan empires existed during the time of Jesus, could he have seen them from the top of a mountain, presumably in or around Jerusalem? If so, how high would the mountain be? I am assuming it would have to extend beyond the atmosphere due to the curvature of the earth. ref: Matthew 4
