if i am the owner of a house and give my house for rent to 3 tenants at $15 each (that means that i am charging $45 in total).
and this continues for a few months peacefully.
It so happens that i ll be goin out for a month and will not be able to collect the money and so i ask another guy to collect the money for me.
He takes the money ($ 15 each)from the 3 tenants and comes and gives me the money .since i am happy with his service i keep $ 40 and give him $ 5 .
With the $5 he buys a chocklate for $2 and goes and gives each of the tenants $1 because its their money afterall.
so the amt each tenant pays is only 14 instead of 15
so 14*14*14=42 +2(the chocklate)=44 .
where is the remaining $1.????

Evolution theory explains much of human behaviour, and I was wondering if anybody had one for the purpose of crying and tears and why it is triggered by being emotional or upset.

During a healing process, our cells divide to repair a damaged area of our body. Telomere sequences are therefore shortened by this process, reducing the lifespan of the newly created cells.

Theoretically, could this be avoided by enabling the telomerase gene in the cells as they reproduce and then disabled upon successful completion of the process or would it be impossible to disable the gene in such a large amount of cells?

(Obviously the cells would need to be monitored to ensure that any defective cells are removed to avoid cancer developing.)
