Did you mean raw or rough?
Rough:
Probably the Rough egg. Rough egg has jagged edges and may contribute to friction, which in turn will contribute to loss of speed. Boiled egg's hardened insides contributes to momentum.
Raw:
The liquid inside the raw egg counters the momentum. Like trying to push a bottle of bathroom cleaner turned on its side. The liquid inside rocks back and forth, creating a stop and go motion.
But anyway, rough or raw, I'm half sure you don't want your egg's yolk busted before you eat it. hahaha.
That was the logically easy part. Now comes the mind melter.
Although you said they had the same velocity, you didn't quite make it clear if they were given the same force to start with.
Now if they were given the same force, there's about 50% chance they'd both stop at the same time, and 50% chance the boiled egg stops first.
Wanna know why? Because if you want the speed to be equal, and start equal, you have to give the boiled egg greater force. Doing otherwise would give the raw/rough egg an advantage.
Did I give you a headache?
Eggs. Easier eaten than done.

rough egg , 'cause, the substance inside is in liquid state. When it is rotated, the liquid will move away from the center to the egg-wall because of "centrifugal" force. So more mass is distributed away from the axis of rotation and so the moment of inertia is greater which implies that stopping the egg is difficult, analogous to the behaviour of more massive objects. The same phenomenon cannot occur in boiled egg with solid-inside and so moment of inertia is less than the above. QED!

rough egg will stop first as the boiled will have more mass. Considering the velocity being equal, the force on the boiled egg would be more than the force on the rough egg. Hence the Rough egg will stop first.
In addition as said by somebody earlier, the rough egg will also be subject to friction due to the liquid contnent it possesses. The moemntum will also be disturbed due to this liquid content.

Boiled eggs contain solid phase with lesser volume than unboiled eggs which contains fluid with lesser mass and more volume . when they are both given angular velocities, solid mass will stop first because its moment of inertia is closer to the earth than the moment of inertia of unboiled egg.moment of inertia of raw egg is at a greater height from the floor/earth/table wherever it is placed. whereas the boiled egg moment of inertia is at a greater height from the ground/earth/table.

(god) (boilling an egg doesnot affect its mass so much) you have to pay attention to the distribution of mass and its inertial properties in each case)
the boiled egg will stop last. try to perform this experiment with a lastic bottle with frozen liquid, or solid and then with a liquid one.
in the solid one you will observe a more "uniform" motion.
on the other hand since the centre of gravity and the whole configuaration is change when the liquid is inside.
this state results in great oposition to its kinetic state.

nicely in case you want them slightly loose interior in basic terms boil for a couple of minutes. in case you want them demanding then in basic terms boil them longer. Boiling them at finished effect for 5-7 minutes will in a lot of circumstances make it demanding. word this implies boil, not from the time you position them contained in the chilly water. I in a lot of circumstances fill a pot with chilly water and placed the egg in so the accurate of the egg is only a touch shown above water. I in a lot of circumstances cook eggs accessible on the grounds that i have finished it such quite some circumstances. in case you want to be positive then boil at 3, 5, 7 and 10 minutes with 4 eggs and see the adaptation. in basic terms take out one egg at each and every time set. you probable waste an egg or 2, searching on the outcome, yet you'll recognize how lengthy you want to boil to get the wanted looseness/hardness. in spite of the undeniable fact that boil the egg for too lengthy and it may get darkish, demanding and the yellow the consistency of breadcrumbs. in case you enable the egg boil till the water is lengthy previous this is going to maximum likely burn and at the same time smash the pot. Making nutrition no count number what you cook is all about experience. some takes longer to study, some a lot less. with any success attending to renowned a thanks to boil egg in basic terms the way you want them might want to take you decrease than 10 minutes ;) sturdy success!

If you spin a raw egg and stop it, when you release your hand it will spin again due to momentum of the yolk rotating. This doesn't happen with a boiled egg.
So, i think a raw egg will spin the longest.

The raw egg will stop first because the liquid inside will react against the momentum
