Buddhism teaches the doctorine of impermanence - that suffering is caused by a failure to recognise the impermanent nature of reality, grasping at permanence while it is an impossibility. So from a physics point of view, is anything actually permanent?

I would have thought that left, right, top, bottom were all of the same type ie they all define position maybe ultimately in relation to the human body.
If they are the same kind of thing why should 'left and right' be swapped in a mirror but not 'top and bottom'. One can see why by drawing imaginary lines from the body to it's image but this means that top and bottom and left and right cannot be the same kind of thing. So how could the difference be defined.

If 60% of the human males born this year will suffer from some type of male infertility & 40% of the males born are going to be homosexual...(These are medical facts)
Is it not then a clearly scientific reality that the male / female that is homosexual is actually an evolved species of human biology? The earth has produced many natural occuring illnesses, Yes? So along this thought process, one would think it is to cull the herd naturally as we over populate the earth and rapidly devour our resources.
Continuing this hypothesis then perhaps is it realistic to also say then that If man, on the other hand, has created vaccines and medicines to alter this nature born process to cull & keep us from over population and destruction, would not nature also asist the human to evolve into an animal that could not alter its natural enviorment? So my question would be: Homosexuals with extra X or Y chromosones IS scientific mutation on a more frequent occurance and what are realistic ?'s
