As far as i understand the Black Hole is defined by its Mass.

When a Black Hole is formed then is should be posible that it doesn't have a singularity yet or that the singularity has relative small Mass (Most of the Mass of the star is out of the singularity but inside the event horizon and afftect it).

Could this be posible:
During the formation time a lot of Mass could be transformed to Energy from the presure created. This decrease in Mass should reduce the event horizon radious, and so Mass and a lot of Energy could escpae to form one of the types of a Super Nova.

Which means that in some cases things can get out from inside a Black Hole.
