This item is located in the original vehicle used in the picture Back to the Future, and is located on Universal Studio’s Campus in Orlando Florida in front of a ride of the same name as the movie.

Flux capacitors are kinda DIY (do it yourself) kinda things... I recommend old Doc Brown's method. Hang a picture above your toilet, slip, fall, and hit your head on the toilet. The blueprints for the flux capacitors will pop into your head at the moment of impact.*
