Trying to Conceive - September 2007

I been with my boy friend for about a year we been trying to have a child but no luck i know its not me because i am so easy to get pregnant. i know from my pass relationships i had no problem. i have a daughter but not by him he have a son but not by me we are trying so hard to have a child together he would not go to the doctor about this
please especially men what can i do

I just want your opionions on being fully prepared for a baby (job, long term fiance (6 yrs.) schooling, and very stable money wise) but....18 years old. Is it so wrong? If so, why?

Since I'm asking for others opinions, let me give mine first. I've always been rather mature for my age and I've had to grow up way too fast so, now at my age I've gotten to the point mentally where I'm prepared and ready to settle down and have a family. Why is it made such a point that a person should not have a child so young and have fun? When in all reality, to me...fun would be having a family with the man I love. Okay, so I know there will be negative comments towards this. In that case, what is "fun while young"? Drinking? Partying? Sleeping around? etc.

Please do not bash me. This is a very serious important question. I am a grown woman with good parents who have done all the preaching already with my life. I don't need it to hear it. constructive would be nice though.

She just finished taking the five days of clomid and we have started trying. She was told every other day for a cycle, but I saw that during days 14 through 17 we should try every day. I also saw something about a build-up of testerone in her system if we try to often. I need times, dates, and pictures people!!

I am trying to conceive for more then 8 month. I have facial hairs and some hairs on breast too. my periods used to regular but from last 2 or 3 month that used to come 4 or 5 days late then the expected date . I want to go to dr for to check up that why I am not conceiving . can you people told me according to your personal experience that what should I do .. what kind of test dr would recommend me ….i am currently in UK …and before 3 month I visited dr , she said that 90 % of the couple used to conceived after one year of marriage .. is that true ??? please ladies suggest me what should I do.. because I want a kid very soon desperately .. pls help..

ok i have pcos and i did not have a monthly for like three months but then this month i had unprotected sex and a couple of days later i got what i thought was my monthly but it was very very light brown pink in color and last 4 or 5 days went a way. i never had to wear a pad it was only there when i wiped. well its been two weeks now and the veins in my breast are getting darker and there a noticable veins in my nips. i have been feeling funny bloated and just different but i took one test and it was negative. so i don't know what to do now because i have another test and i need to know when to take it.

hey all, i just came back from my doctors appointment to confirm my last step before taking clomid, my overies look great as well as my cervix.. so can any one fill me in on the ups and downs of clomid, cuz im starting to take it next week, but my boss told me not to cuz its an emotianal roller coaster... help please greatly appreciated

It has been a year sense my second baby and I was told to wait 3 years by my sister to have another baby, sense I had a c-section. I lost my first baby and I had a what the doctors call half a c-section because I was half way along. I had a baby about year and had after that. I just don't want to ruin my body.

this is my situation..........

my husband and i have been trying to concieve and i have been taking the ovulation test and we are having intercourse when my surge is detected. well this month i truely thought i was pregnant.

i had almost all the signs! i was getting headaches, cramping almost a week before my missed period, i was nausious.....i never threw up but it's very unlikely for me to do that because i was never the one for throwing up even when i was little.......i've also been tired a lot more, my breasts have been pretty sore, and i've been peeing a heck of a lot.

sounds pretty good so far doesn't it? here's where the horror strikes!!!!

i got my period the day i was suposed to! (yesterday) and the first day was light and little on the pinkish brown side with a lot of cramping, but today it was heavier and more red with no cramping.

does this mean that i was never pregnant? or does it mean that i had a misscarage and just don't know it???

please help! thanks

Our insurance doesn't cover infertility, and I'm just wondering what our cost will be. His sperm have low motility, so will have to be placed inside me just before I ovulate...any ideas on the price tag for this procedure???

My usually normal flow period was especially light this month. Could I be pregnant?
My normal period flow is for about 5 days, 3-4 full (super) tampons a day. It's been this way for almost 10 years. This month however, it was only 3 days, and you only notice the flow when you wipe. ( a splash or two on the tampon, nothing in undies). I took a pregnancy test on the day that the spotting occured and it was neg. It stopped the day before yesterday (monday) so I took a test again yesterday and got a negative result! I took one again today and still NO! Could I still be pregnant? I'm so frustratingly tired of the BFNs! Please offer some rays of hope. All answers and personal experience welcome! Thanks in advance.

Could my weight have anything to do with it? I am a little overweight. Actually about 30 pounds overweight.

19th was my 10th day on Provera 10mg, I was have CM like watery the last 2 days or so. Have not had period since July 31, when will my period begins again after my last pill on Provera? we are trying hard to have a baby, actively trying for the last 6 months or so after a MC on 12/25/06. i used novelon contraceptive pills for 2 months after my marriage.after that i stopped them..how many months would it take for me to get pregnancy....it crossed 2 months after i stopped the pill..but no sigs of pregnancy..

I am really still on my period. My temperature took a dip though this morning. What do you think .I am going on clomid this month. Will it make me ovulate again if i done did. That worries me. What else would make it do that.

I am 26 and he is 28 and have both been to the doctors and were given a clean bill of health. I do have cysts on my overies but was told that if I continue taking my medication that they shouldnt be an issue. We are both in great shape and dont drink in excess or smoke.

Does anyone have any sugestions or recomendations to help us get pregnant? Thanks =)

Me and my husband have been trying for a baby. We tried a couple of nights last week. And this week we have tried twice. (Were just working on lates lately) I need to stay on my pill thoughg, because it helps with my periods.. (i get super bad ones) So what I'm doing is taking it off schedule. Iv'e bin taking it for about a month. But never the same time everyday. So when shell i take the pregnancy test to see if I am pregnant?

See i work in a lab and i am able to have as much blood work i want...for free. Well first I want to see if i am able to get pregnant. But i really do not want to discuss it with everyone that i work with. But is there any certain tests to see if my hormone levels are good to have a child...and also is there any blood tests to see if my fiance is able to have children? I mean i know all the hormones, such as LH, FSH, and Estrogen, and testosterone.

Should those results be high or low, or normal range?
any ideas or test that are availabe?!
