Yes, it is true if you are fasting for long periods. Most people fast from sunup to sundown or for just a day. That isn't going to cause you any problems. However, it isn't just the quantity of sperm, but the quality and if you mostly eat junk food or McDonalds, your sperm won't develop properly. Also, there is evidence (no extensive study yet) that men with poor diets increase the likelihood of birth defects in their children.

in case you will desire to ask I dont think of having a toddler would desire to be a precedence. women's cycles are many times around 28 days (some greater, some much less). Day a million is the 1st day of her era. Ovulation is greater or less day 14. Have intercourse constantly between day 11 and day 17 and you stand a stable threat at being pregnant.

If youre sperm count is perfect, you can make babies. Even low sperm count can make babies. One sperm is all it takes.

You'll have more vigorous sperm, with longer life spans if you are healthier.

if your sperm count is fine and she's not getting pregnant then she may have the fertility issure. eating badly does effect your health and CAN effect your sperm count but only if you're like anerexic or something....but like i said if you've been to the doctor and your sperm count 100% then it's not you.
