What worked for us was to not focus on conception and just try to have mind-blowing sex several times a week. I didn't chart or pay any attention to my cycle (although then it was pretty regular). We got pregnant the first month after I went off the pill. I think it's better not to drive yourself crazy trying to chart and notice every possible sign--just try to focus on other things and also have great sex as often as possible. Then see what happens!

I did not chart or keep up with anything like that. We just had sex whenever. The more i worried about getting pregnant i was not getting pregnant but as soon as i didn't worry and my husband was out of town working and would come home on the weekends (we only had sex on the weekends for a month) and that is when i got pregnant.
See before that we would have sex everyday and see nothing happened.

I charted for over a year, with no success, and with no regularity to my cycle. We decided to take a few months off from trying, still having sex mind you, but not counting. January 2007 was a bad month, on the 5th I turned 30, I started my cycle, and my father had a heart attack!!!! So I had no time for or intrest in sex, and was very depressed. But somehow, the one day that month we managed to get it on, I fell pregnant!!! It had been almost 18 months of heartache to get there, but the journey is now almost over.

It took us 4-1/2 years, thousands of dollars, fertility meds, treatments and procedures to conceive! But I have PCOS. If you and your husband are both fertile, then you should be able to conceive within 12 months.

with the number of teen pregnancies and unwanted pregnancies it seems to me the best way is to just do it unless you have problems conceiving
