It really depends. Some women only recognize early symptoms in retrospect when they unexpectedly find out they're pregnant, while others figure out they are before it is even late enough to test. Swollen breasts are often reported as the first sign, often before a missed period. Fatigue is also an early sign, but like the bbs thing, can be attributed to PMS as well. Frequent urination and morning sickness are more likely to start happening around the time of the missed period or later, but my friend said she was feeling pukey starting at 4 days past ovulation. Check out www.twoweekwait.com, they have lists of symptoms that women report they experienced in early pregnancy, although I think some of them are exaggerated. Good luck!

it really varies and I don't think anybody is the same nor can anbody answer the question. Also you may not get all the signs and some women may get different symptoms to someone else. I didn't know until I was 5weeks, I didn't get any sore breasts, I wasn't any more fatigued then usual, didn't really have any frequent urination or anything. It wasn't until 5 weeks when I started being sick every morning, then by the afternoon I was fine. It was also around my period time too and since it was a little late I went to the doctor and hey presto! I would say though that you may get some of the symptoms maybe around 3-5 weeks after conception, but most often I would say usually around the time you miss your period

for me it was like 8 weeks after. I had to quit work cause my N/V was so bad.
the swollen breasts, those always come before I get my AF. So that's not a good indicator for me.
Fatigue around 8 weeks.
frequent urination 8 weeks as well

I would say it's different for each person.
Tingling, tender, swollen breasts can appear as early as a few days after conception.
Morning sickness can occur as early as 2-8 weeks after conception.
Frequent urination can occur as early as 2-3 weeks after conception.
I'm 13 weeks pregnant and didn't start having these symptoms until I was about 5-6 weeks pregnant.

Its hard to say as everyones body reacts different to pregnancy. I am 11 weeks and my breasts have only started growing but I was urinating very frequently even before I got a BFP!!

I think it was around the same time that I missed my period. Tender breasts and feeling bloated were most noticeable. Fatigue - morning sickness didn't start for a few weeks. Lasted until I was 16-18 weeks along.

im on dpo 9. had a very very very light BFP today. You had to look at the stick every which way to see it. barely there. my grilfriend saw it to. i tested way to early. but i think i did it this month right. i have been charting evrything i feel from dpo 1 so if i am preg i can post the symptoms for everyone. today i have mild cramps. constant. like a funny sensation in my lower belly. a little uncomfortable. like i might get my AF which is not due until wed. I can test again on sat and get a more accurate result. i am physically exhausted since dpo 6. i slept 13 hours after i got home from work. mild nausea, bloated and now constipated. body temp is staying up. since dpo 2 i have had headaches everyday. who knows. good luck and i hope this helps. lisa

It all depends on your body. It can be immediate, or it can take weeks. Some women are very observant of their bodies, and can tell the difference days after conception, others don't realize they're pregnant, or aren't in touch, and don't know until the stick/doctor says, "you're pregnant!"

Some are sooner than others, but as for me I started noticing the symptoms as soon as 8 weeks. But every body is different, so it just depends!
