I took Clomid CD 3-7 and I have actually Ovulated different each time, first round was like 3 days after my last pill, last month was CD13, and this month was CD15 I actually did the OPK this month. I have been on 100mg these past few months, if this month doesn't work I go back to the dr. and get put on 150mg for 3 months. I'll find out next week if this round work.

I took it on days 3-7 and it worked best because I ovulated in time and my luteal phase was not shortened.
How many mg?
If you are taking 50mg, take it at night..if there are any side effects like headaches or mild stomach upset you will be less likely to notice it at night.
If 100mg, take 1 pill at breakfast with food and then take the other at bedtime and with milk.
If 150mg, take 1 in the am at breakfast with food, and 2 at bedtime with milk and maybe a light snack that wont upset your stomach.
I never had any side effects from Clomid taking it this way.
I produced many follicles and became pregnant in one cycle of 100mg.

Take mines on day 3-7 had some cm 2 days after but I don't think it was ovulation, I am still waiting to get a positve on the opk
