I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome). My husband and I tried without any fertility drugs for about a year and a half. Now we are using Clomid for the first time and praying for blessed results. My advice to you is that you see your dr. ASAP! The first tests the dr. should take are tests to check your progesterone levels to see if you are ovulating... if you aren't you may have PCOS. PCOS is also genetic so I would ask you if anyone else in your family has had problems concieving... if so, it's even more likely you have PCOS. You should see your dr. soon... don't be like me and wait too long! As far as that 90% thing... I don't know about that, there are so many couples who have infertility problems!!!

How to get pregnant faster: try these 10 tips

based on what you said with the hairs and stuff, u may have increased testosterone which is the male hormone. I have the same problem. it took us 9 months to conceive and i thought that, that was the reason why. but you may want to get your THYROID checked.

yes, your doctor was right. when you start having sex, the first months, you have like a 20 to 30% chance, but as you continue to try, your chances increase and by the end of the year it's about 90%.

but remember, there is only one small window of opportunity that u can conceive in every month. if you do not have regular periods, u may want to get a clear blue fertility monitor (those are the bsest), to help you know when u ovulate.

and u don't have to go to the doctor or make an appointment to see if you're ovulating, the opk will tell u and it's more simple and less invasive

I had polycystic ovarian syndrome and boy it was stressful.I had a pelvic ultrasound(inside probe, not on top of stomach) that showed multiple ring like cysts inside both ovaries I had multiple cycles of clomid( eggs did not stimulate) then injectables(metrodin, in which I over stimulated) with no luck. My doctor recommended ovarian drilling, which is a laproscopic surgery that bore holes in my ovaries that simulated past ovulations. Every time a woman ovulates,it leaves a small indention in her ovary where the egg exits. Over time our ovaries appear lumpy due to eggs coming out in different places in the ovary. My ovaries were smooth because no egg had ever erupted from them. The surgery released the fluid in the cysts and made my ovaries less dense and lumpy. Right after the surgery I had one cycle of clomid and I conceived. My son is now 7 years old and my second son is 4 which was conceived naturally.

it sounds like PCOS, I am also diagnois with it, I m currently on metformin and clomid, I am praying it work this month, I have been trying for 4 years without and success did 3 rounds of clomid alone and didnt get any good results, try tellin your dr about all those symptoms you have so that they can be treated, PCOS isn't the best thing on earth to have exspecailly when TTC, it frustrates you, I was diagnois with it by the amount of unwanted hair and ireguler periods, I also had a transvirgina ultrasoung to determain how many cycts was on the ovaires, the both of my ovaries have cycts

I have an issue that sounds rather similar to yours. I suffer from poly-cystic ovarian syndrome - which can cause the hairs and the irregular periods. I would definitely recommend going to the doctor to discuss your conception issues, along with your irregularity. The irregularity can cause issues with conceiving as well. Other than that, worrying less can help. Stress can affect your ability to conceive.

Yes 90% of couples get pregnant within 1 year of trying. You should go to the doctor to see if you are infertile and if you are see what treatments you can take. If God wants you to get pergnant then you will get pregnant. If God doesn't want you to get pregnant then you won't get pregnant no matter if you take drugs or not. It's all in God's hands not yours.
