Before yahoo answers, did you know that so many people were trying to conceive and that it was so heavily on their mind? I didn't...there are a million "do you think I am pregnant" questions...

My wife wanted a baby so bad it was crazy. Her college friend and high school friend concieved three and four months before her and she found out on the same day. She was devestated and we had to stay home and just hope for something wonderful to happen to us. We have a daughter now, but she wants to have another because she is getting the crazy urge again. You can't stop the urge, you can only hope to contain it. We have been trying for three days now and I had to ask someone to pick up a few heavy boxes at work because my back hurt. This baby making is hard work!!

Yeah you aren't kidding! But I think alot of the people ask that question because they are afraid to go to friends and family when they know they shouldn't be having kids....it's good for them because they need help too! And it really makes you not feel alone, all the people that are in the same boat as you are...ttc. It's just nice to know that for the most part, people answer the questions seriously and are very helpful....to me anyway

I am also ttc#1, I have pcos, and I am glad yahoo answer has a catagloy (Sp) for TTC couples, if they didnt I would probably be stress out, most things you ask on yahoo you wouldnt want to ask others, I am glad yahoo answer came around it helps me to keep the faith no in that one day i'll have a baby

no. It is cool though, don't ya think? It is cool that there are common threads connecting all of us together creating a tapestry for new living creations to be! All these thoughts and feelings are so similar among us. It feels less lonely, don't cha think! ;-)

Yeah it's crazy. It just about kills you to think about all of these teenage girls having accidental pregnancies, when there are millions of women out there who are trying harder than hell to conceive.... me being one. :(

I am also one of them and I also have medical problems. Because of my problems I've had 2 miscarriages.
