Pregnancy - July 2007

The first day of my period was on Jun 13 or 14. I had sex with my ex on Jun 23 (he didn't ejacluate in me, I think...). I had sex with my current partner on Aug 1 at 2am and the did ejaculate, but I took the Plan B pill on Jun 2 at 6:30pm. Please advise....

He stripped my membrain at 4-30 monday affternoon, i went into false labor that night....I am completly thinned out and dialated to 1......My baby has less movment and my contractions will not stay consistent, there is pressure down there but nothing is happening.....

i'm only 5 1/2 weeks pregnant and i am already having horrible morning sickness from 6:30am when i wake up untill 1pm when i leave work. is this normal? what can i do to help with being nauseous? i have a dr appt. on friday but just would like some input from you guys also. and im also getting really dizzy and having bad headaches...and lots and lots of stress from my "baby daddy"...

my brother in law is supposed to be expecting a baby feb 5th. The girl has cheated on him and we all suspect it's not his (they only slept together once) Shes due Feb5th is there a way to get the conception date to see if this baby is his?

I had 2 periods in Jan. First one was the 1-4 and second one was Jan. 30-Feb. 2. I'm 6 months pregnant and am going by the 2nd period I got in Jan. So at my last checkup I was 24 weeks and measuring 27. Do you think my dates are wrong and I still got one more period while pregnant or I'm just having a big baby?

Does anyone know of good stores other than Motherhood.com and JCPenny.com that carries cute, reasonably priced maternity clothes? I know my size, so store shopping isn't important. Also, my hubby is in the military, so we live overseas in Germany and getting to a US style mall isn't that simple. LOL

For the past two nights I have had really bad dreams, and in waking up from them I get charlie horses. The night before last it was my left leg, and then last night it was both legs. The pain lasts for about a minute, and it's severe enough that I want to cry out but don't because I'm too embarrassed to wake my boyfriend.

I have a mountain of pillows to support me and I sleep mostly on my left side, with a pillow behind me in case I do try to sleep on my back. Then I'm propped up enough that I'm not crushing any vital organs or veins.

What could be causing these charlie horses, especially after dreaming?

I've been feeling pregnant for the past 2 months. My last FOR SURE period was around May 27-June 1st. Then, around June 17th I had some very light bleeding for a couple days ( not even enough for a tampon) then I had one day where I gushed blood ( like a heavy flow) and then it was done. I havn't had another period since. Now keep in mind I was taking B/C pills during this time, and had missed a few in May and after the "middle-of-the-month mini-period" I stopped takin them because I was worried i was prego.

Well, I took a couple cheap prego tests at the end of June and Beginning of July and they came back negetive. Then I took a First Response test July 20th and 22nd that came back positive.

The whole reason I took another test was out of no where my stomach practically popped out. Now this is my second pregnancy, and last time i did not show this early which made me worry. It's starting to feel like i'm sleepin on a water balloon when i lay on my stomach.

I just found that I'm 5 weeks pregnant and I don't want to lose my baby by doing anything risky. I'm about 9 pounds over weight and would love to lose it but don't know what is safe. Any ideas ladys? Im on the seasonale birth control where you only get a period every 3 months, but my period came 2 weeks early and I have been on this birth control for almost a year. Im not 100% positive it was my period because I did have brown discharge but it was a normal flow and not pink like implantation bleeding can be. A couple days after my period I felt nauseous when I woke up and my stomache hurt..kinda like cramping but not as bad , but I havent since that day. Could I be pregnant? I will be taking a pregnancy test next week I just wanted to get everyones opinion..maybe to ease my mind hopefully.

I am 38 weeks pregnant with my second i had vaginal birth with my first daughter who came out 7 lbs 11 ounces this time the docotrs thinks the baby is over 8 lbs even though they cant tell for sure and want me to seriously consider a c-section for the health of my baby they dont think she will make it through the birth canal safe and easy I want to do whats best for my baby but I am very scared of being cut open anyone have any good advice on this would be much appreciated thanks.

oka i know everybody hates it when people come on here and ask if they are pregnant, but i just want yalls opinion. oka, i have extreme nausea, and fatigue. i did have sore breasts but that went away. i went to the pregnancy center and they did a urine test and it was negative, but they said that i needed to wait 2-3 weeks and come back and take another one. but i was just wondering what yalls pregnancy symptoms were and if it sounds like im pregnant.

Hi, I've been spotting for about 9 days now and with red spots. I went to the ER yesterday and they saw my HCG on 771 when on Saturday was at 473. They told me that eventhough I was bleeding if the hgc keep rising well there's nothing to be concern by. She told me to rest, but how can I rest when I'm a very active 23 year old girl. So I told the Doctor that I thought that doubling meant literally 473*2. And she said no that's an average. Now my point is I'm not cramping just spotting and I use the overnight pads. I don't know what else to do. My mom doesn't want me anymore(ok I understand I'm 23 and old but I look like a 15 year old) the point is she's wishing me to loose the baby like I lost my first. But my first was different I was cramping from the time to conception until I push it out cause in reality it never develop it was an empty sac.

I called my gyno and he told me that I should rest and avoid sex and stay calm.

I lost my first 3 months ago. Has any women who gone through

Okay, The first day of my last period was June 28, I have a 30-31 day cycle.

I got a VERY VERY light home pregnancy test on Monday, went to the doctor that same day, got a VERY light positive, they gave me a blood test (I was 3.2 weeks preggo from last period) and I went back in today and he said it hcg was really low (14) and wants me to go back in a week to retest, so I went home and took another HPT, and it was a little darker than it was monday, is that a good sign?? If I was losing the baby wouldnt it be lighter than it was monday??

how do you prevent yourself from flying off the handle and overreacting ?
i can't quite seem to get things under complete control & tend to be snappy & short tempered and a bit defensive (esp with my husband). and then i feel bad & have to apologize...
i'd rather be my normal self & not get into fights though...

I recently asked a question about being absolutely exhausted during my pregnancy (I'm 26 weeks gone) and had some great answers - thanks for that.
I talked to my husband about it last night cos I'm not anaemic so the tiredness is here to stay for a while at least (if I was anaemic I could have had iron tablets and maybe felt better).
When I suggested to him that he helped me more, with things like cooking and cleaning and walking the dogs, he got huffy and said that he was working full time too and he was also tired. I tried to explain that although I appreciated he was tired too, I'm pregnant and finding it increasingly difficult to manage.
When I mentioned to him that I was finding myself short of breath when climbing the stairs, he started going on about how short of breath he used to get as a child (he had childhood asthma) and how I didn't know what it was like to not be able to walk to the toilet.
