In my first pregnancy..i had no morning sickness at all and was very lucky; in my second pregnancy i got morning sickness it lasted 5 months..some women can have it throughout there whole pregnancy. In that 5 months i ate very little and i lost weight..but that's nothing to worry about aslong as you don't lose to much.
Try eating little but aften, stick to dry foods.Eating things such as:Dry Toast...maybe have a ginger biscuit before you get up in the morning, keep them by your bed.eating starchy foods such as potatoes or rice..i remember eating just a plate of rice purposely to make me feel a little better.Anything with Ginger in it should help..sipping at Ginger Ale,maybe buy some fresh ginger if you like it.
Another thing you can try is sickness wrist bands..children wear them if they get car sick, but they can be used for morning sickness.Make sure you stay cool..overheating will make you feel worse.
Each women is different and nobody knows when there morning sickness may stop, all you can do is to try to make yourself feel better.

Unfortunately, there isn't one easy solution for nausea. If it works for one woman, it might make another even more sick. I've found things that work great one day, but I can't stand the next. Some things to try are hard candies (mints or whatever sounds good), crackers (that never worked for me), ginger ale, 7-up or Sprite, or drinking ice water. Try also eating small amounts throughout the day, instead of meals. That keeps your blood sugar more level, which can help with nausea. I also think having something in your stomach all the time calms it down. As your hormones level off, the headaches and dizziness should get better, but make sure you mention it to the doctor. The "baby daddy" troubles, I can't help you with.

when you first wake up, don't just jump up & start your day immediately. let your system get used to being awake. some people keep things like crackers handy for "wake up snack". something tame on the belly might help settle it if you've been asleep a long time. crackers might help neutralize some of the stomach acids that build up during the night. throwing up can be really nasty. don't eat bread right away (even toast is horrid to toss up afterwards). eat smaller meals during the day, perhaps 3 or 4 hrs apart. eat the healthiest food you can.

Nothing helped me except the pills the doctor prescribed. I can't remember the exact name of them. Something like Phenegran. Some people say you should eat some soda crackers and maybe ginger ale as soon as you wake up, but that never worked for me.
