this will only help if her period was regular and she hasn't been on birth control or anything like that but it looks like her conception date is may 15th, 2007 (http://www.franklypregnant.com) but also remember sperm can live inside a woman's body for up to 5 to 6 days so if they had sex on the 9-15th she could still be pregnant by him. Sorry it does get kinda confusing but i hope i helped we are going through this same thing with our cousin and his tramp of a wife.

The earlier you get the Ultra Sound the better it is to determine the due date. Because babies in the early stages form the same things at the same time. For example...it the give you an ultra sound and see a tad pole looking embryo with little arm buds they will know that a certain week is the week that the embryo gets arm buds. So you are that many weeks along. Later on in the pregnancy, when most people have an ultra sound to determine the gender of the baby, the ultra sound has a higher chance of being off. Because at this point all babies are formed into babies and they will start to develop according to their own schedule. That is why some babies are born healthy at 5 pounds 6 oz and some born healthy at 10 pounds 12 oz :-) No matter what date they give you it will always be an estimate. Always. Babies are born between 38-42 weeks. That is a huge gap. Some babies will not be ready to be born at 38 weeks even though it is considered to be "full term" but some will be perfectly fine born a few days before 38 weeks. If you are more concerned about the date of conception then another poster explained it well. This is just an estimate as well. They go by the first day of your last period. They assume that you ovulated on day 14. Keep in mind that you personally could have ovulated way before day 14 or way later than day 14. Even if you did ovulate on day 14 you might have had sex up to five days before that. Sperm can live for 5 days in the right environment. So technically it is possible to "get pregnant" 5 days AFTER you had sex. Interesting isn't it. If you are more interested in the date of conception then please give more details. Like the length of your cycle, when you had the ultra sound, what date you had sex on etc.

You can try, but dating the pregnancy isn't perfect. Wait until she gets an ultrasound and the doctor can tell you the approximate conception date. It won't pinpoint actual conception because implantation could take longer or shorter than the growth dates. If she had intercourse within a couple of days with both men, you won't be able to tell without a DNA test.

And counting by 40 weeks is incorrect. You count by 38 weeks because 40 weeks is by menstrual dating. It is an archaic method where your pregnancy is counted by the first date of your last menstrual period. The date of conception is around the time of ovulation, which is supposed to take place about 2 weeks after the start of your period. This means that for the first 2 weeks of pregnancy, you are not pregnant. It's confusing, i know, but dating is not perfect.

Part of it will depend on when her LMP was - I figured back and it would have started around 5/1 which if she has a regular 28 day cycle, would put her time of conception sometime between 5/15 and 5/19 but there's no way to know for sure. Due dates are not an exact science so the only way to know for sure who the father is would be a DNA test. Remember, sperm can live up to 5 days (avg. of 3) so if they had unproteced sex with her anytime from the 10th on it could be his. Best of luck to you all!

if her cycles are normal then about May 12th. (using the - 3month +1wk method)
duedates are ONLY estimates and conception could be a few days off.

best bet is a dna afterwards if worried. (all the father needs to do is Request one she doesnt even have to know unless the courts involved.) (like child support they require a test anyway.)

best wishes

If you go on WebMd and start a pregnancy calander, it will tell you at the top the day of conception. You do have to sign up to be a member to do this, but it doesn't cost anything.
That's what I did!
Congrats!!!!!!!!!

Take the due date or birth date and count 40 weeks back, or take the first day of your last period and count 40 weeks forward
