Breastfeeding works wonders. Also sitting on yoga balls instead of the sofa, taking long walks with your baby in the stroller, sit ups (after your doctor says it's okay) and yoga will help.

Along with a 20 min workout 3-4 days a week try to focus on tightening and pulling in your tummy when your doing house work, playing with baby, and even just sitting. Wear clothes that help you remember and look better when you suck it in a bit. It worked for me!

the pacing that you will do trying to put your little one to sleep will help. Dont sweat it - your stomach eventually goes down some with everyday activity. I thought I would never fit into my clothes again, but three months later and half my clothes fit fine - give it time - your body will eventually get back to its normal size - remember - nine months up - nine months down.

walk pushing the stroller with good posture. Breastfeeding did not help me lose any weight but I wish it did.
