is sneazing bad whil preg and making urself poop. like grunting too much safe? im 6 weeks/ and i hate to sneeze caugh feels like i am hurting my baby

Oh brother... You don't want to strain when pooping, that's for sure, but sneezing and coughing are harmless. Straining is actually bad for you because it can trigger the vagus nerve and that can cause all kinds of problems for you. Eat more roughage like fruits and veggies and that should stop the need to strain. Prune juice is good too.

Sneezing is fine! That won't hurt your baby! Making yourself poop isn't the best idea though! Let your body do the work! If you have trouble going make sure you eat lots of fruits & veggies & try the prune juice! GOOD LUCK!

I have been sneezing alot lately and I know how you feel. It is ok to sneeze though. Straining to poop is a bad idea. Hemroides hurt! There are pre-natals that have a stool softener in them that will help. Don't take any laxatives, those are bad! Good LUck!

Sneezing too hard may hurt your muscles, but is not hurting the baby. Straining too hard to poop can cause spider veins on your legs, and may also strain your muscles. If constipated, try prune juice.

neither thing will harm the baby try not to grunt and push when pooping. take your time let your body do the work. you can get hemorrhoids from pushing too hard. take a book or magazine relax and read, sneezing wont harm baby at all

sneezing won't hurt the baby but forcing urself to poop can cause pain and bleeding.

Both is safe to do. Sometimes they hurt but it's not going to harm your baby.

its fine to sneeze.
it may hurt or you might get a pulling feeling but its ok. the baby is fine. on the other hand. "making" yourself 'POOP' is ok too....
