so i was 2 months late and i took a test and it was negative so i started my yaz bc. well ive been on it for a month so of course im 3 months late now. i took the last pink pill and all that are left are the sugar pills but i dont have signs of a period. and i usually get cramps during the week im suppose to start so im just wondering if this is normal. and after you take the last pill how many days does it take to start your period.

I just found out that i was pregnant about a week and a half ago and when i took it it came up a really REALLY faint positive went to the docs and still came up a faint positive but just like the nurse said its still a positive and i'm probably in my early stages. But I was just wondering to be stupid that If I would take another pregnancy test if it would come up darker since its a week and a half later?

Okay well a few months ago i was raped...im still getting over it and hadnt had much time to think about missing a period or what not because i've been so depressed. So now it turns out im pregnant and im totally against abortion but i really dont want to be having a child i know that i didnt want (not that i wouldn't love the baby!!) and whose father i want to burn in hell literally!! i know its not the baby's fault i just dont know what to do whether it would make my depression worse or what. has any one else been in this situation or ever felt like this? all answers would be appreciated.

Regarding pain in my lower left side. Im 12 weeks pregnant.. the doctor ruled out UTI or kidney infection but now the pain has moved into the upper left side of my abdomen just under my rib cage. My doctor is out of town till monday so I wanted your opinions of what it may be or if you have had anything similar happen? It hurts to breath, and even walk.

spd i think it means split pubis/[elvic disorder or something like that not sure exactly what it stands for but could anyone give me any sites or any information about it because i just found out i have it and have 2 go 2 the pysio 2 get things sorted i think wearing a belt or something like that i found out 2day at my appointment with the midwife but was kind of in daze cause i was not long out of a seziure(epileptic) so i was not totally with it. any information possible and no rude comments please oh and am 32weeks+

I have been asking questions thoughout the day and I have yet another one.

Any advice: I have never been pregnant before and I am now 14 weeks pregnant. I only found out yesterday. I have been back and forth with the choices I have and made the decision to have my baby. I am scared, nervous, excited, etc, and I have cried and cried, haven't slept with trying to make a decision. I don't see myself going thru abortion being 14 weeks, but I am scared to go thru this pregnancy by myself How do I determine I have made the right choice

For the past couple of days I have been having Braxdon Hicks contractions that are very strong and they last for a long time. I say Braxdon Hicks because they are not timeable at all. They happen every time I stand up and start to walk. They start up every time I Sneeze or cough, and sometimes they come on while I am peeing. These are not the "getting my body ready ones" I used to have. In just the past few days they have been like this. Very strong, intense, lasting 15 to 35 seconds. I get them all day long. Could I be close to labor or what does this sound like?

can i get pregnant with an IUD? I have had it for almost 2 years and never got pregnant, but now I have gone a couple of months with no period, I had bleeding for about four months when i first got it, and my period will come at diff. times of the month and sometimes skip a month but it has been a couple now and im worried! For all of you out there that keep asking this question...YES...YES you could be. If you have had sex with a man you can be pregnant!!!!!! Protection helps...but yes you can still be pregnant!!! birth control helps but yes you can still be pregnant!!!! the only way to know for sure is to take a test and see a doctor. thank you that is all

I'm 38 weeks pregnant (and measuring 40 weeks) and I'm being induced next week with patosin .. and I've only heard bad stories of inductions :(
I've heard it's really painful :(
Has anyone ever been induced with patosin and had a good experience?

I was admitted to hospital for the 2 nights. When I went in on Sunday I was -3 to Ischial Spine, PP Ceph, Cervix very posterior 2 cm long & thick and the day I was discharged (Tuesday) I was -2 to Ischial Spine, PP Ceph and cervix was posterior, 1 cm thick + soft.

What does all this mean?? Someone help me understand it a bit better please.

Hi!I'm on my 29th week now and i'm a little worried that we still don't have a car just in case I needed to go to the hospital any time from now until the 40th week. My husband and I are planning on purchasing one but he wants to pay in cash and not thru financing. He wants to save as much until the last minute before he goes out and buys one. I've heard of pregnant women deliver as early as on their 26th week and my worry is what if the time to deliver if anytime soon. How can we get to the hospital? Will the hospital nurse allow us to bring home our baby in a cab? How can I convince him to start looking for one now?

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and I have been having on and off lower back pain and abdominal pain all day, very similar to period cramps. I haven't noticed them coming in any regular pattern, but they have been coming all day and are quite painful. Does anyone know if labour could start soon and has anyone else experienced these just before labour began. Thanks x
