Oldest women to conceive natrually:
1999: Aracelia Garcia of Sunnyside, Washington astounded doctors when she naturally conceived all-female triplets in 1999 at the age of 54.
Oldest women to give birth:
2006: Maria del Carmen Bousada de Lara (b. January 5, 1940) gave birth to twin sons at Sant Pau Hospital in Barcelona, Spain on December 29, 2006, at the age of 66 — one week before her 67th birthday. The babies were delivered prematurely by caesarean section and weighed 3.5 lb (1.6 kg) each. Bousada became pregnant after receiving IVF treatment using donor eggs from from a fertility clinic in Los Angeles, California, which claims that Bousada informed them that she was 55. Her family were unaware that she had gone to the United States to undergo fertility treatment prior to the births. Manual Bousada de Lara, Bousada's older brother, criticized her decision, expressing concern over whether she would be able to raise children at her age. In response such concerns, Bousada stated, "My mum lived to be 101 and there's no reason I couldn't do the same". She is currently the oldest known birth mother in the world and may also be the first known to have given birth to twins at over age 60.

IF I remember correctly I just saw something on the news a couple weeks ago about a 60-65 yr old women giving birth to a healthy baby (she might have even been older than that) but I'm not really sure if it was naturally concieved or assisted. I do have an aunt who got pregnant at 49 tho and she had a healthy baby also, and it was natural conception.

Well I guess Joan Lunden had twins at 50 but I don't know if she had fertility treatment of any kind. I didnt' think so but I could be wrong. The oldest I knew other than that was 45.

I read somewhere that a woman can't naturally have a baby after age 50.
With IVF I think the woman was like 68.

My sister got pregnant at 45 and delivered a healthy girl.
I don't know of any woman documented to conceive without drugs over age 50.
Joan Lundon had a surrogate - I believe Cheryl Tiegs did, too.
Men can reproduce until they die, as long as all the parts still perform.

eat healthy
back off caffiene
workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.

My great-grandmother had my Grandad when she was 46. And there was definately no ivf back in those days. Her husband died when he was 8 though, but my Grandad was fine and grew up being the apple of her eye and was intelligent, he died at 79 though.

My mom had my brother when she was 45. I just read this from a site
So, how old is too old? Was Larry King of CNN too old when he had a child with his seventh wife at age seventy? Cheryl Tiegs, who had twins at fifty-two? Geena Davis, twins at forty-eight? Tony Randall, who had a child at seventy-seven and died a few years later? James Doohan (Scotty from the original Star Trek), who had children at eighty? Donald Trump, fifty-eight, now making menacing reproductive noises in the context of his widely publicized third marriage? It is very hard to draw an absolute line and say what age is too old, although the idea of Donald Trump mating makes the project a particularly compelling one.

My mate's mum was 57 when she had her second child. There's a 23 year age gap, she didn't relise she was pregnant til nearly 6 months as she thought she was starting the menopause.
