Pregnancy - March 2007

I feel like I have to go to the bathroom, #2. I have had diahrea so it's not like I have to go. I feel pressure on my back and in my groin area. I am very tired and have a headache. My lower stomach is achy. I am 36 weeks... does this mean I will have her early? Anyone else have this for a long time or did they have the baby right away?

Now I am having some contractions... I don't know how far apart they are though. They don't seem regular. I am having hot flashes too. I have an appointment at 9:30 in the morning (it's 12 hours away) so can I just go then? How long do you think I have?

My sister is 6 1/2 weeks pregnant, she's 22. im so happy for her. Im excited about being a first time auntie lol . What are the chances that she may have TWINS. Our mother was a twin and also our father was a twin. I keep telling her shes going to have twins lol. What do you guys think?

I'm taking birth control pills. We risk the chance and he doesn't pull out. I admit, I took a couple pills later in the day rather than in the morning this month, but not big deal. Right? I usually get my period on wednesday nights around 4-6 pm like clockwork. It's always around that time. It's 10:30. Should I be worried?

what can i do to make them fade...im trieing vitamin e oil..any other suggestions??? I know having a baby is worth the stretchmarks, but i just think there GROSS! and really wish they would go away....

My contractions are every 2 minutes and are very strong. i feel like total **** and im soo naseous! it sucks! but my cervix wont dialate!!! i am only 1 1/2 cms!! I havent lost my mucous plug and obviously my water didnt break!! The contractions will become reallly intense sometimes and sometimes not so bad!! Im going nuts! haha The doctor said ill probably be back up there later on ttonight or tomorrow...

has anyone experienced this or anything like this and what happened?

do u think ill go into labor 2nite?

has any one else been big for dates in there pregnancy? and what was your reason?
i am a 21 year old mum of a 23 month old girl born 4.5.05 and mum to a lil girl born to soon at 20 weeks on 14.08.06 and i am pregnant with baby 3, i am 27.3 weeks pregnant and i cant be further than what we have here as i got pregnant the month after we lost our baby girl.
only had one scan at 5.1wks and that says im 26 weeks and my lmp says i am 27 weeks.
midwife on tuesday wrote in my notes that tummy measuring at 30weeks and it was normal at my visit at 23 weeks what you guys think?

I took an at home test cheap brand and it had where the top comes down a couple of lines showing but it didnt met the sideways line. All test i have taken since then have been negative.

Now I have been pregnant before, which was rocky with my now 17 month old daughter, Emili I never felt dizzyness- well at least not in the first trimester of pregnancy. I recently [tuesday] hit th 10 week mark with my little baby- to be named Erik or Erika so has this happened to anyone else and should i see a doctor? My husband is worried.

Ok, I know that tanning salons aren't good for us, our skin.. etc. With that said, is it at all dangerous for my unborn baby in my 3rd trimester (33rd week)? I have a wedding to go to, and although i won't have the best dress or figure, I'd like to at least have a little glow in my face! --I DO NOT need the lectures about what tanning will do to me- please only reply if you have info @ the health of my baby. Thanks!

I took a preg test yesterday and it came out neg. I took it with FMU. Tonight I took two more early pregnancy test ( after my husband begged me for hours to get them lol) and it was a good thing I did!! They both turned positive!! We are both very excited however I had one pregnancy before this and all my test turned pos. right away that time and i had some cramps somewhat like menstral cramps. So im still very skeptical about this whole thing because of the one neg test and no cramps like before. Could something be wrong???

February I had my period on the 18th and it was heavier.This month I started bleeding on the 18th and then I stoped and the next day I bleed a little and then nothing it only ended up being less then 3 days. I dont want to get my hopes up. Should I wait to see what happens next month?

I have been smoking since i was very young and about three months ago i found out that i was pregnant. I know that smoking is not healthy and i am really trying to quit but i have found it to be a hard thing to do. You are also not suppose to quit cold turkey because it can be stressful on the baby...Does anyone have any suggestions that could help me quit smoking without my baby feeling the effects?

What's the deal with this? I've heard about it, it's on TV, a LOT. Many, many shows talk about birth control pills a la "maybe I forgot to take it last month!" And I'm pretty sure I've seen ads for them too, though admittedly I wasn't really paying attention so I may be wrong. And for some reason I seem to remember talking in health class about how birth control pills for guys weren't as effective because you had to take them every day, as opposed to ones for women, which would mean they're not daily pills.

Are there birth control pills that only need to be taken once a month?

Ok this is a little bit complicated about 2 weeks ago i went an got a urine test cuz i was late for my period and it was negative. So i waited 1 wk and went back and did another urine and it came back negative again and this time they did a blood test as well and it came back negative. So yesterday i still didnt have my period and i was 18 days late i went back to the clinic an we did another urine an it showed up positive so they took more blood work to verify. I have yet to get the results back from it but the doctor sent me to an ultrasound today we calculated that i should be about 7 weeks pregnant. But while i was in the ultrasound the women kept saying she didnt see anything. so she had me drain my bladder and they did an internal and she still kept saying she didnt see anything. Im not stressed out more then normal, and im now 19 days late with tons of pregnancy sypmtoms. whats going on...is there still a chance im pregnant and its to early to see. i am a bit overweight too

I have a 19 month old daughter, she is an only child (for the moment LOL) Even before I had my ultrasound to find out what the sex of my baby was, I KNEW that I was having a little girl. I was wondering if any other woman experienced that.

I feel like such a dork for asking this question. My cycle is pretty much like clock work. I am due today for my monthly and it hasn't shown up yet. I used a pregnancy test stick this morning, it was a store brand from wal-greens and I received a negative result. Do brands differ? Is one brand more "sensitive" than the other? When I was pregnant with my daughter, I was one day late for my monthly. The next day I took a "first response" test and I was surprised with a positive result LOL.
