We have a girl's name, but we're stuck on the boy. Do you like Adam or James (Jimmy)? I also feel like there's a couple I'm not thinking of - we like traditional names, nothing too common or trendy these days. Thanks!

well me and my boyfriend are trying to start a family and I went off birthcontrol march 11th so is there a possiblity I could be or is it too soon to even get pregnant and what are some signs when your pregnant before you do know if you really are?

I just had my ultrasound done and they told me that the baby is upside down. (Like standing on my blatter). They said it wasn't a major concern, just something to watch for. I thought they flipped around right when you were about to give birth but I guess I was wrong. Anyway, has anyone had this before? Is it a big deal or not. Sometimes I feel the doctors downplay stuff so you don't freak out.

I am 11 weeks and I am and have always been a career minded woman. I am debating the whole stay at home thing, ideally this is what I love but my income is 50% of the household and we would have to stretch to survive on my husbands income, even though this is what he wants. I also work for a excellent univresity in Boston that will pay for my childs tuition, (I know this is 18 yrs from now) and has great benefits.. I just cant imagine leaving my baby and going to work everyday, I know this is selfsih, anyone else in the same position or was????

I had (condom)protected sex, two days before I got my period for the last time (on that start of a period I started taking Diane35 pills - this is my first package), now I'm having pri-menstrual symptoms(stomach hurts), and my menstruation should start on this Sunday, but this morning I felt a little nausea, and today I had a strange feeling in my head. So now I don't know should I be worried? Am I pregnant? If I get menstruation on Sunday, does it mean that I don't have to worry?

This is my second child. I am in my second trimester - 23.5 weeks along and lately I've been feeling a LOT of discomfort in my tummy. At night my baby boy seems to push so hard it's very uncomfortable!!! I can't see how he could hurt me like that already - I think he only weights about 1.5 lbs! Everything is happening sooner - ligament pain, leg cramps, and I feel my baby moving all day long. I look like I'm 7 or 8 months pregnant, not 6. Is this normal? I know I'm not farther along too because we charted our fertility and I know, almost for certain, the exact day the baby was conceived. I am just a little worried that the pain is going to get much worse as he starts to gain weight. I think if this gets much worse I'll have to start sleeping in a chair!!!! Advice anyone??

I have recently been diagnosed with secondary amenorrhea..I don't know why i'm not really stressed, i don't exercise too much, I'm not overweight, i might be a little underweight ( 5'3 104lbs) though i am not certain..My doctor has done all the tests imaginable from prolactin, thyroid ( i have a slight hyperthyroid but not bad and not enough for treatment) LH and FSH, liver/kidney function, pituitary, I do not have PCOS blood test has confirmed that though i still ordered an ultrasound just to make sure ect i cannot remember everything else..Anyways i have always been irregular but befor january i went without a period for a little over a year and had one induced by a progesterone challenge 10 mg for 7 days, recieved my period then had another one 27 days later without using anything but progesterone cream and i only used it for 3 days anyways i missed again this month. So she wants me to use BC for 4 months, though i really don't want to my hubby and i would like to have a baby

I had unprotected sex just 2 days before my fertile days start.My fertile days start on 30th march -4th april ( according to babycenter ovulation chart)

I am terrified that I may get pregnant.My husband and I have been married for 3 years but still don't feel quite ready for a baby.Do you think taking a test right now will help?? I guess not.

How can I find out? how are my chances of being pregnant.

Pls help.I am not very ready for a baby right now.

On monday night I had no cramping, I just all the sudden had quite a bit of blood that I had passed. I went to the ER and they did an ultrasound and the baby's heart rate was 169 and the baby was moving around. So they did a pelvic exam and said that the blood had come from my cervix but it was closed back. Then I went to my obgyn's office Thursday and they did another ultrasound. They said the baby looks great, there is a small cyst on my ovarie and they don't think the bleeding is coming from my cervix. Instead they think that it is a small hemerage that ruptured on Monday and is just now finishing bleeding, I have little to no blood now and they want me to keep my feet up until next tuesday when I go back for another exam. Is a small sore or hemerage common, has anyone else had anything like this?? Just worried.

hey, i have been feeling sick for a wee or so , when i wake up i feel i have cramps or when its late at night also, i feel heavy and bloated, this morning i had a headache and my lips turned blue and i was very pale , but now today i dont feel too bad in my stomach area, oh and last night i ate chinese foood and i felt so sick after it, i wanna sleep loads too, and i had a runny nose today and i have a very painfull throat too. could these be some strange pregnancy symptoms? i know all the normal ones, but my period is due in about 2 weeks and im on the pill.

I am 20 wks pregnant. I had sex with my boyfriend on Nov 20th with no condom and he ejaculated inside me. I had sex again on Nov 28th with a condom. I cannot figure out when I conceived. Ive done several ovulation calculations that point to the 20th, but my implantation bleed points to the 28th, and my doctor's estimated conception date points the the 24th!!! Can somebody please help???
