Fundal measurements and ultrasounds are not 100% accurate. Any doctor will tell you that if the scan and dates are only off by a week or two, there is no reason to worry as you can deliver 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after your due date. If the dates are very far off from a scan or fundal measurement, the doctor will want to check into that further. I delivered my first child between week 38 and week 40 so she was considered full term. She weighed 4 lbs 11 ounces. She had not grown properly in utero which accounted for her small size.

The first answer is right--fundal measurements are often a little off, especially from doctor to doctor. Not all of them measure the same way. I wouldn't worry about it at all. Plus, fetuses go through growth spurts like crazy--you may have had a week where your baby hit a big one. And as to whether you're 26 or 27.3 weeks, it really doesn't matter--that baby is coming out when he/she wants to! Just stick to the date your midwife gives you just to be on the same page. Good luck, and congrats!

you should continually positioned on a bra, even with who you're relationship. somewhat once you've a larger chest, that's only tacky once you let them flop throughout. you should %. your outfit in preserving with the position you're going for the date. if you're going someplace fancy like an expensive eating institution, than you should positioned on a suitable gown. if you're going someplace casual like a movie, then a outstanding skirt and a blouse is high-quality. you should positioned on minimum makeup so that you do not make your self look like a operating woman. reckoning on your epidermis tone, purple lipstick can both look outstanding or low priced. at the same time as uncertain, pass with person-friendly lip gloss or a lighter color of lipstick. some men don't like lipstick because they don't like the mark that it leaves on them. you should fix your hair outstanding to compare your outfit, pulled decrease back for informal or flowing loose for formal.

Fundal measurements aren't exact, as I'm sure you've noticed.

It's normal to vary from the "expected" measurement by up to 2 cm. And if your midwife wasn't worried about it, I wouldn't, either.
