First of all you need to ask yourself if it could be anything else, are you very stressed out with anything else in your life? Have you lost any weight recently? Also have you ever missed your period before? These can all be reasons that you could miss your period. However, you need to go to your doctor, they can give you a more reliable urine and a blood pregnancy test, chances are you could possibly be pregnant if you have had sex and have no other reason such as weight loss, stress, or ovulation problems such as cysts. If this is the case then you really need to take care of this as soon as possible. Remember that you have options, no matter what. But whatever the reason for your missed period of four months, you shouldn't be going through this alone. Good luck to you, and i hope that everything works out for you.

You are most likely pregnant. You need to stop playing around and talk to your parents. Do not stall or waste time. If you are 4 months pregnant every little thing you do is effecting that innocent baby. I also think you are pregnant because I read that question you posted a month ago about feeling dizzy and tired after running, HELLO!!!!???
If you are not pregnant, please take this as a learning experience. I planned my pregnancy with my husband and I would hate for you to not have that excited elated feeling in the future when you find out you are pregnant after trying. If you get pregnant "on accident" that elated excited feeling is not there. Good Luck.

Most likely you are 4 months pregnant.
Sex is intented to make babies. That is what it is for.
If you are at 4 months, I don't think you have the option for an abortion.
Extra Info But Please READ:
Pleasure is only the second reason to have sex, it is not an activity. You need to be smart enough to take on the responsibility of what your doing, understand what all it means.
Babies aren't just cute, they expensive, they cry, they need you every minute, they are stinky, they grow up, and they use every last emotion and nerve you have. And hopefully along the way they don't hate you for only being the best parent you could be.
Next time you have sex remember, a baby is supposed to come out of that activity.
if you don't want one yet, keep it at 3rd base.
Please understand you are 12 so enjoy your life before you have to help someone live theirs. Focus on you.
Everyone likes SEX, so if they like your SEX it doesn't necessarily mean they like or love you.

I think you may be 4 months pregnant. You need to see a doc right away. There is no way.. wait a minute... Why are you having sex so young? Sweetie, this is not a good idea. Please slow down or by the time you're my age(29) you'll have 6 or 7 kids. You're a baby, if you were my baby sister, i would tell you, please, stop having sex, get into your books, friends (good friends) and school and get good grades. Boys are nothing but trouble at this age. But, back to what I was saying, you need to see a doc immediately. And at this point, hopefully you aren't thinking about abortion, because you are much too far along to have one.

NINE EARLY SIGNS OF PREGNANCY
Soon after you suspect that you're pregnant, your body will confirm your suspicions. While the symptoms differ in each woman, here are nine early signs of pregnancy:
1. Fatigue – you no longer have stamina for usual activities, such as walking up a hill or staying awake until midnight. This is because your body is demanding huge amounts of energy to make the changes for pregnancy.
2. Nausea and vomiting – morning sickness may be confused with the flu or feeling like you're "coming down with something." You may feel queasy, have nausea all day long, or vomit and have dry heaves. (See Morning Sickness)
3. Missed menstrual period. While nonpregnancy-related issues, such as stress, can cause you to miss a period, this is a first sign of pregnancy, too.
4. Slight staining or spotting. Bleeding at the time of implantation can be mistaken for menstruation. Some women have bleeding in the early months of pregnancy at the time when they would have menstruated.
5. Aversions to odors, alcohol, and smoke. Once you are pregnant, baby-protective mechanisms click in. You will notice how coffee, alcohol, and cigarette smoke make you ill.
6. Food cravings. Once you become pregnant, you may mysteriously crave foods that you seldom ate before. Your tastes may change from sweet to salty or vice versa.
7. Breast changes. The changes are similar to premenstrual feelings in your breasts only more dramatic: nipples tingle, breasts feel tender and fuller, the areola begins to darken, and tiny glands on the areola enlarge.
8. Crampy pelvic discomfort. This discomfort may be felt throughout the lower abdomen and pelvis. (A sharp one-sided pain is not normal and your doctor should be notified.)
9. Frequent urination. From the beginning, you will urinate more often due to pregnancy hormones. (Later on, you will have frequent urination because of pressure on the bladder from the enlarging uterus.)

Why are you a possibly pregnant 12 year old in this qn, and a 13 year old having problems running in the qn before this 1? Either you're looking for attention or have some REAL problems. Either way, seek help from an adult you trust, or medical professional, not strangers on the internet.

If you haven't gotten your period in 4 months and you had unprotected sex of course it could mean something, you need to take a home test or go to a clinic, but aren't you a little young to be sexually active?

Of course you could be pregnant, go to your doctor(obgyn) for a blood pregnancy test or have him do a ultrasoud. Also, 12 is way to young to be having sex, so if you dont want to become a mommy at 12 than stop having sex.

You are 12?!! Since 10?!? Well, take a pregnancy test and if you are pregnant talk to your parents. They will probably want to kill you for the first 10 min after the shock wears off, but they are your parents and they love you and want what is best for you.
Also, don't have sex again until you are married!

Tell your mother or an aunt or grandmother because you need to go to the doctor as soon as possible. Look if this is just a scare (which I hope it is) then please get some form of birth control YOU can use or else quit with the sexual activity.
