Yes stress can cause upset stomachs and headaches and body aches and so on. But you will be able to tell the difference of stress and pregnancy eventually when you are pregnant, cuase I have always been a high strung stressed out person in the past. I am now pregnant and can feel the difference of an upset stomach from pregnancy and an upset stomach from ulcers.

Yes, most definitely. Stress can do all kinds of crazy things to your body, that's why you really need to take care of yourself. And sometimes just wanting so badly to be pregnant can cause you to notice "symptoms" that aren't really symptoms of pregnancy. I had that a couple times, and then when I actually got pregnant, the only early symptom I had was a missed period. Good luck!

Oh honey! I've got my friend's pregnacy symptoms and she lives 800 miles away. HER gravings, HER weight gain, bigger boobs, letdown, hearburn, blurred vision... You name it, I've got it. I looked it up and false pregancy happens either when you are desparate to get pregnant or deparate not to (in my case). I would say, yes, definately.
