yes very possible and extremly likely 4 1/2 weeks should be right after you miss your period when most people found out i always felt the symptoms a few days before

Personally I didn't have any symptoms until I was almost 12 weeks. And still only had very few. So if you do have symptoms that early I think its normal but then again if your like me and dont have any at all until later then that's normal too. Good Luck

Yes...I felt nausea starting at 4 weeks after my last period. Then breast tenderness and headaches, took an HPT at 5 weeks ..was +!

Yes I am 5 weeks pregnant and I have been sicker then a dog and tired but not sleeping will cause of all the discomfort.

It sure is. The first symptom you may notice is a missed period. You can also have breast tenderness, fatigue, and nausea at this stage.

yes, I had some. I was eating red meat like a savage (I hate red meat, but you couldn't broil a steak fast enough for me then), not mention sickness and tenderness. So I have to say yep!
